My hairdresser Natalie is really amazing! I searched for about 6 months to find a professional home hair stylist and then came across her website.No t sure of what to expect, she completely put me at ease and I have been using her ever since. She is also the face of the Yogi Hair Wand (you might even have seen her on QVC giving hair makeovers using the wand!) and so when I needed my hair cut and coloured this week she offered to try out some curls on me as I was convinced I would never be able to pull them off!
I had it cut a bit shorter to get rid of all the dead ends and to have a more manageable style. As you know I was really poorly and I am sure it affected my hair, it just went sooo knotty and unmanageable. The colour was also just completely dull and to be honest it was getting me so down that I just couldn’t style it or do anything but put it in a ponytail!
Natalie took the Yogi Hair Wand and wrapped mid-sections around the barrel for just a few seconds. (you can also get a heat protection glove from Yogi so you don’t get any nasty burns!) It took about 20 minutes to do the whole head which is alot quicker than most curlers. The curls were just exactly the look I wanted, that sort of soft wave that just gives you volume and a nice sort of romantic look if that makes sense?
I have a yogi curling wand and it is the only thing that can get my thin fine hair to curl! its amazing!

Hey hun thank you!! I have the exactly same problem my hair is just naturally poker straight and everytime I have tried to curl it they last about 30 minutes and then just drop out. These curls stayed in all night and I had really ‘slippery’ hair from having it conditioned after the hair colour so I thought they would drop out straight away, so I was really happy! xx

I love the soft curls, not too ‘done’ and they look really natural, as does the new colour, you’re right about it suiting your skin tone well!
This haircut suits you well hun. Did the curls last on you? I’ve tried so many curlers and nothing works on me. probably because my hair very long and naturally straight..not what you want when you want lovely curls like yours :-/
