I love wearing a bright lip especially in Spring but every now and then I just want something that’s really easy to wear (read: on lazy days!) and that’s usually when I rock a nude lip. I actually think nude lips are pretty hard to get right, you have to find the perfect toned nude to suit your complexion and pale girls know just how hard it is to look glossy not deathly! I *think* I’ve found a pretty good duo for glossy nude lips that work well for pale skin girls in the Maybelline Color Sensational Lipstick (shade Pink-Brown) and Revlon Lacquer Balm in Demure. Pink-Brown is the perfect warm toned nude, great for boosting your complexion and giving just a hint of colour, when paired with Demure the finish is just beautifully glossy and fresh looking, it’s fast becoming my go-to lip look for spring!
it can be difficult finding the perfect nude shade, and for me most so called nudes are a bit too pale – these look lovely though :o) Xx

I’ve found that most nudes are either too pale and chalky or too orangey but these look great 🙂 I own the lacquer balm and I really like it 🙂 xx

you are right. nude lips need to be absolutely right to look good. I still do not have a nude that works for me.

I have tried many a nude & failed miserably in finding the perfect one but this duo may just be love (: I’m definitely going to have to try them out 😀 xx
