Happy Sunday girlies! By now I’m sure you’ve heard the news that Sephora is shipping to the U.K. This made me very very happy when I found out! I know there are a few things that you might need to know about the shipping procedure so I thought I would just share them here:
Sephora- U.K Shipping Information
- If you spend over £75 (not $) then shipping is £10, this doesn’t include taxes etc which are added to your total before you check out.
- Sephora are using ‘borderfree’ which is supposed to mean you aren’t hit when any custom taxes when the package arrives here in the U.K as far as I’m aware no one has experienced any added on charges after delivery!
- Some items are restricted and I know some brands are too, you can’t order nail polishes or perfumes (which means no ordering the rollerballs 🙁 ) and I had trouble ordering a few brands such as NARS (I tried to get the NARSissist palette before ASOS had it and couldn’t) when you go to check out any items you can’t order will automatically be removed from your basket.
- Shipping time- I was told it is an estimated 5-10 days for delivery but I’ve seen a few people receive packages within 3 working days! I’d say factor in about a week for delivery to be on the safe side!
I put together a little wishlist of things I can’t wait to get my hands on! I know Tarte is coming here to the UK at the end of this month but I think it’s only a small range of products and I assume it’ll be more expensive then US prices so I included some bits from there too! I really want to try the amazonian clay foundation which is supposed to be amazing and of course I am eager to try the clay blushes too! The Josie Maran coconut cheek gelee’s have lot’s of good reviews online too so I quickly popped one onto my list! It’s also pretty hard to get makeup forever products here and the full coverage concealer is supposed to be amazing, the aqua brow looks pretty good too- maybe a dupe for the Anastasia Dip Brow Pomade?

I’m going to hold of a little while and see more reviews before I do, but I’m so excited that it’s possible. Shame there are so many brands and products that they won’t ship… Xx

I know that sucks doesn’t it :S I wanted to grab some rollerball perfumes and maybe some hair stuff so that’s annoying! maybe they will change that in the future- this rule of no nail polish/perfume shipping seemed to come from nowhere! xx
