Charles Worthington Intense Rescue Melting Balm

20/01/2013 · beauty · 0

Charles Worthington Intense Rescue Melting Balm £16.99
I picked this up in Boots because my hair has been struggling with the effects of bleaching and dying and was starting to look a tad frizzy. This product is pretty different to other intensive treatments, it is a solid balm that you scoop some out and rub between your palms and it then turns into an oil. You then apply the oil to dry hair concentrating on the ends, it says to leave it on for 20 minutes but I leave it on for an hour before rinsing my hair and shampooing and conditioning as normal. It smells absolutely gorgeous and it leaves my hair super soft and easy to style even from the first application. I now use it as a weekly treatment and have to say it has definitely improved the condition of my hair. It is a tad pricey but you really do need just a small scoop and so I can see it lasting me a fair while. I would say if you have dry or damaged hair this could be your holy grail product, but if your hair is fine you might find it a tad heavy. It is on special offer for £11.33 at the moment so I will be stocking up!

What do you think of melting balms and hair oils?
Do you like the sound of this one?
