InStyler Rotating Iron* £99.99
Afternoon girlies! I thought I would show you this hair styling tool that I received last week. The InStyler is described as a multi tool which has a rotating heated polishing barrel with precision aligned bristles that lets you create different styles quickly with less heat, so it’s kinder to your hair and it can even be used on damp hair. Well by now you know how much I love any sort of product that claims to be a bit different and cleverer than your arrange hair or beauty tool! When I received it I have to admit I was a bit taken aback by the wand half and the flat brush half, I couldn’t for the life of me work out how this would glide through my hair without tugging or causing major knots! Being the wimp that I am I got my gorgeous cousin to road test it for me. The added benefit of that was you can see the results on her hair which is very thick, naturally wavy/curly and a bit of a nightmare to straighten ( I should know, she usually gets me to do it for her!) I have to say we were both impressed with how easy the InStyler is to use. It doesn’t tug or pull on your hair at all, as soon as you brush a section through it, the rotating iron runs through straightening without taking away the volume. It leaves you with straightened hair that has body and volume, somewhere between the results of a hot air brush and a regular iron. I don’t do a lot of rave reviews but this is just a brilliant hair tool. I also like that it comes with a travel bag which is a nice touch, a dvd for styling tips and a heat grip. I use it most days now and I haven’t yet tried it for creating curls but I would definitely recommend it as a styler. I still have my GHD’s but I don’t reach for them anymore, I much prefer the natural ‘blowdry’ straightened effect I get from the InStyler!

You can purchase the InStyler from Boots and it retails at £99.99. I know that seems alot of money but if you consider that GHD’s are around this cost and this does the same job but it much gentler on your hair and it can be used on damp hair without causing excess damage, I think it is worth the money!
