Fireworks On The Farm

06/11/2013 · beauty · 0

I thought I would share our little trip to Merton Farm in Canterbury to watch the fireworks with you. We actually went on Saturday as we had my lovely cousins down from London and wanted to do something all together. I have to say that although the fireworks were brilliant the evening was slightly spoiled by the lack of a way out, we had to walk for around a mile through a very muddy field with no lights or guide to know where we were going! It was at times hilarious (my Dad attempting to stay upright is definitely a highlight!) but I was actually quite worried because there was about 20 minutes where we were completely alone in the dark- I definitely convinced myself we were going to be murdered by a mad man! Our family trips are never boring that’s for sure 😉
Did you go to see the fireworks too? I’d love to see your pictures!
