Rimmel Stay Blushed Liquid Cheek Stain
I love all the new releases that are coming out at the moment, everytime I pop into Boots there is something else to try! I picked up this Rimmel Stay Blushed Liquid Cheek Stain about 2 weeks ago and have been using it ever since. It is a really different product, a mixture of the Benefit cheek stains and the Maybelline Dream Mousse blushers. I chose the shade sunkissed cherry which in reality is a nice orange/coral. The colour payoff is amazing with these so a little goes a long way, I personally found that applying it to the apples of my cheeks gave the best finish. This is a stain so although it’s creamy the colour does need to be blended quickly, especially if you are going to wear it higher on the cheekbones- when I tried this I ended up looking like I had been jogging for hours! It has excellent staying power too, it lasted all day on me and only disappeared when I was cleansing!
All in all this is a great new addition to my makeup collection, I reach for it alot when I was a pop of colour and I have found it works well with bronzers, mac soft and gentle and topped with a light dusting of a similar powder blush (my favourite is Lover by Illamasqua).
The Rimmel Stay Blushed! Liquid Cheek stains cost £4.49 each and are available here.
