Sleek Lip4 Palette: Siren

15/05/2013 · beauty · 0

I mentioned that I picked up one of the new Lip4 Palettes from Sleek and I thought I would give it a ‘in more detail’ review for you today! There are 6 palettes in total (2 are online exclusive ones!) and each one has a different shade theme. I chose Siren which is an Orange themed palette which is made up of matte, gloss and satin finish lip colours. I have to say I am totally in love with this palette, each finish was easy to wear and just worked for me, I find a lot of brighter lip colours can just show up any imperfections (read: dry chapped lips!) even when you think you have them in tip top condition. The orange shades in this palette are just beautiful and I found them to be very warm against my complexion, they also really helped to bring out the blue in my eyes.

All in all I have to say I was very impressed with the palette, I would have liked to have seen a better quality lip brush but for £8.99 you are getting 4 lipsticks, all of which are worthy of their place in the palette and all of which I would consider repurchasing separately  I know it is a bit of a rave review but when I find a lip product I like I just get sooo excited because I am still quite new to lip colours and finding ones that work for me and I feel comfortable wearing is such a great feeling! I can’t speak for the other palettes but based on this one I will definitely be picking up a couple more, I think they are perfect for popping in your makeup bag and for taking on holiday with you!

The Lip4 Palettes cost £8.99 each and are available in Superdrug and here (there are two extra palettes available exclusively online!)
