I wanted to wait a full 4 weeks before weighing in with my views on this cult product and I really did have every intention of bucking the trend and not liking it but I have to say it has to be my favourite skincare addition to date! Firstly it is very very mild, this is important for me as I have very sensitive eyes but this feel like I have only splashed a little cold water on my face. I soak two cotton pads in the solution and then hold them over my eyes for about 20 seconds, I then gently wipe away my eye makeup. For very stubborn makeup I might have to go over the area again but in general it comes off with one swipe, I then use 2 more pads to cleanse my whole face. I find this is a great pre-cleanser to use before your usual face wash/cream/oil/balm, a sort of a double cleanse if you like. I also found that when I only used this after my usual cleanser there are still traces of makeup on the cotton wool pads, so it really does get every scrap of makeup off! Overall my skin has changed quite a lot since introducing this to my regime, whereas my Origins skincare was picked to help me reduce redness and scarring from previous breakouts, I have found this has tighten my pores and prevented any more nasty breakouts since I have been using it. Overall I have to say this one does live up to it’s hype, I can’t imagine it not being part of my regime now!
