Seventeen: Doll’d Up Mascara Review

08/02/2013 · beauty · 0

Seventeen Doll’d Up Mascara £6.99
Ok I am totally in love with this mascara! Firstly I should say I don’t know what attracted me to it when I was in Boots, the packaging is really cheap and unappealing! Looking past that the mascara wand is beautiful, it has just the right amount of bristles and has a curved shape which lets you pick up even the smallest corner lashes. The product itself was a true black, dried very nicely and was simple to remove too, I applied two coats and found it built up well without clumping and the results were excellent. My lashes were lengthened and defined leaving me with a false lash effect. I like that one coat of this gives you beautiful lashes for the day, but then by adding another the look is totally transformed, perfect for when you don’t have time to go home and re-do your make-up before heading out for the evening! I would liken this to the Max Factor Clump Defy Mascara in terms of brush style and results, it really is exceptional quality for a low cost brand!
