Nails Inc Concrete Nail Polish in ‘London Wall’ £12
I got this polish for Christmas and was so excited when I saw it! They were selling out everywhere so I was chuffed my Dad got hold of it, I also got the leather effect one too which I will review in a later post! This polish comes in a choice of 4 colours, ‘stonehenge’ a royal blue, ‘monument’ a lime yellow/green, ‘marble arch’ a bright red and ‘London Wall’ a grey beige. I asked for the ‘London Wall’ shade as I wanted the ‘concrete’ effect to look as authentic as possible. This polish goes on very easily and looks just like normal nail polish upon application. As it dries you start to see it changing in texture, it seems to dry from the corners first and then finally the centre. The polish dries very quickly, I would say in under a minute and you only need one coat for a fully opaque finish. I think it is a bit of an acquired taste and it won’t be for everyone but personally I love the finish. I think it will be amazing with pretty floral dresses come spring to add some texture to a day look. I am really pleased I got this colour, it is really wearable and it hasn’t chipped yet, I’ve had it on for 3 days so far and I haven’t used a top coat as I don’t think it would work well with the nail polish. Do let me know if you have it and have used a top coat though!
