Hello girlies!!! How has your weekend been? I hope you have all been enjoying some serious sunshine!! I myself did yesterday when I went and soaked up the rays in Margate….and turned lobster pink!! Not a good look lol.
Today I am showing you my latest buy from MAC. I have become a bit of a MAC lipstick lover actually and have about 5 now (get me!!) I bought this lovely lipstick a few weeks ago but actually felt it was a bit too summery for the weather. The second the sun came out I slicked this on and I am really impressed with it.
It is called an ‘Amplified Creme’ colour. Now I am not too sure what this means to be honest but I can tell you that it goes on like the Cremesheens, very smooth and moisturising, and then it has a slightly matte finish. I quite like it as it almost feels like it won’t smudge because it is a bit drier than a cremesheen. (hope that makes sense!)
I love this colour so much. Yes it is bright but it has this lovely creamy tone to it which stops it from being unwearable. I think it brings out the blue in my eyes and suits my pale complexion. I would recommend it as a perfect summer pink. It is described as a ‘bright red-pink’ but I think it is more of a creamy rose pink. Either way it is another RAVE from me for MAC lippies!!
