I popped into TKMAXX / Homesense with the very sensible plan of picking up some kitchen storage, but as usual I got sucked in by some pretty trinkets and I thought you might be interested in seeing them! I picked up a few pretty notebooks, one with this gorgeous hummingbird embossed on the front and one full of little sticky notes. I also got a lovely metallic Essie polish which I thought would be nice on my toes when sandal seasons finally comes back!
They had some Olivia Palermo for Ciate makeup bits which I’ve wanting for ages but I couldn’t justify the cost. I picked up a beautiful nude lipstick and a bright red nail colour for less than half the price I have seen them selling for in Superdrug! I also grabbed another Ecotools brush, this time the domed bronzer brush, I haven’t tried it yet but it looks amazing and I’ve picked up quite a few of these brushes in TKMAXX before for half price, they are incredible quality.
I did get my kitchen storage and in the same kitchen section I saw this little decorative plate, I thought it was so beautiful and knew I wanted it for jewellery (if you haven’t checked out my jewellery storage you can see it in this post here). I also spotted a beautiful candle from Tocca, my absolutely favourite perfume comes from this brand so I had to pick this up and it easily rivals my Diptyque and Jo Malone candles, I actually went back for another one!
I cannot tell you how much I wish we had a stand alone Homesense here in Canterbury, it is one of my favourite shops!

I absolutely love TK Maxx and Homesense, I could easily spend hours in both! You picked up some really good things, I recently found the Nude Tude palette from The Balm in my local.
