Revlon PHOTOREADY 3D Volume Mascara

So as you know I am pretty much obsessed with mascaras! I spotted this one at the Revlon stand in my local Boots (is it bad the staff greet me like an old friend? I think I may need to start a beauty anonymous group for other addicts like me!!) I hadn’t ever seen it before and the sticker did say ‘new’ on it, but I’ve noticed sometimes this happens with old stock that hasn’t sold too well and you think it is new but it isn’t at all. I decided to give it a try either way as I really liked the look of the brush. I was really happy with this  mascara and would definitely recommend it as both an evening and a day mascara. The brush does pick up a fair bit of product but it didn’t clump on the lashes at all and I found it really easy to get all the corner lashes as this has that spiked ball end to it that alot of mascaras are starting to include! The packaging is nice too, I love the chunky square bottle which makes such a change from normal mascaras and makes it easier to stand up on its own (which made photographing it much easier for a clutz like me!!). I layered it after wearing it for a full day to see if it would work as an ‘office to bar’ mascara and it worked really well and didn’t clump at all. 

I actually can’t find it on either the Superdrug or Boots websites and I think I paid £7.99 for it on a 3for2 deal but I can’t confirm the price as it is obviously new and hasn’t been added to their websites yet. I would definitely recommend this mascara though as I think it fulfils it’s promise of 3D volume and I really enjoyed using it. I would recommend checking your local drugstore, if they have it in my Boots they will have it everywhere I’m sure!!
