When the first Miss Manga mascara came out I was blown away by how thick and beautiful it made my lashes, it quickly became a go-to mascara for me and I still reach for it when I want a more dramatic full lash look (you can see that review here). I was super excited to see the Miss Manga line had expanded to include the L’oreal Miss Manga Punky Mascara. It has the shortest bristles I’ve ever seen on a mascara and picks up A LOT of product, this is intentional and is meant to give that spiky lash look- which it does very well with no flaking below the eye and without making lashes feel heavy. BUT unless you like this clumpy, spiky lash look I would give this one a miss, unlike the original it’s quite hard work to not end up with spiky lashes and there are a ton of other mascaras that give a better more natural finish š
(I’ve included a pic above of the mascara appliedĀ very lightly, I think you can still see it’s quite clumpy even applied so lightly but if you’d like me to add a pic of it on in full spiky mode then let me know!) UPDATE: I now have a pic of it applied as normal too (on the right, lightly applied on the left) so you can see what I mean about the finished look!
