W7 Chunky Bronzer: The Perfect Contour for Pale Girls?

15/10/2014 · beauty · 0

I was lucky enough to be sent a few goodies from W7 last month and the second I saw this bronzer stick I knew it was going to be good! I haven’t seen too many stick bronzers like this (especially matte ones) I guess the nearest comparison is the Tarte one but thats quite dark/orange for pale girls! This is a one-shade medium matte brown which is slightly warm in tone (but not orange). It is a cream stick and has a very easily blend-able consistency without being too ‘slippy’.w7 chunky bronzer review swatches

The stick form makes it really easy to contour with, I am pants at any form of contouring and have never found a contour powder or cream that didn’t look orange or muddy on my skin tone- well until now! This is so easy to just buff in with a buffing brush, it stays put all day and gives a really subtle definition rather than an extreme contour (although I am sure you could pat it in for a stronger contour).

IMG_0403Because it’s slightly warm (without being orange) I find it really boosts my pale complexion, I think the fact that it is totally matte really helps to give a natural finish. This has been on my face every day since I received it and I just love that it makes contouring so simple, think it’s safe to say I will be stocking up on this one!

The W7 Chunky Bronzer costs £4.95 (although Fragrance Direct have it for just £1.99 – link)
