My 3 Must Have Shower Products
I would definitely class myself as a ‘bath’ person, there is nothing I like more then filling the tub with bubbles, lighting some candles and grabbing a glossy mag for some pampering ‘me’ time! That being said I do gravitate towards showers when it starts to get hotter and I thought I would share my 3 favourite shower products with you. These are products that are a bit too messy for bath time but are so effective that they make me look forward to a nice hot shower!
Lush BIG Shampoo
£11.25 / 300g tub
This is something I actually found out about through reading other blogs, I had tried Lush shampoo before and I did like it but I was never wowed, this one however has become a staple in my haircare routine. Packed full of sea salt it is quite messy to use but when my hair is feeling a bit dull or full of product this just gives it a really deep clean and I am left with squeaky clean hair full of volume. I would say it is a tad trying on the ends but I use it more as a weekly clarifying treatment rather than a day to day shampoo. Perfect if you use a lot of products on you hair and find it can get a bit lacklustre!
Garnier Body Tonic Sugar Scrub
£7.50 / 200ml tube
There are so many different body scrubs on the market but this is hands down the best one I have ever used. It has this super gritty texture that just lifts off any dull dead skin and it also lathers up so it doesn’t just stick to the skin. I particularly like to use this on my ‘wobbly’ bits (read: my thighs!) as it makes my skins texture look really smooth and just feel like silk. If you haven’t tried this before then seriously get yourself down to Boots and pick one up, especially as it is half price at the moment!
Nivea In Shower Body Moisturiser
£3.56 /250ml tube
This isn’t the first body conditioner I have tried, Lush have one which I used regularly last year but I found it was quite heavy on the skin. The premise of this is that you apply it in shower just like you would a normal body moisturiser, leave it for a few minutes and then shower off. I use the one for dry skin (with almond oil) and I find it leaves my skin feeling plump and hydrated without any residue or stickiness. I think the only negative is that it does seem to run out quite quickly- that could be down to me using more than I need to though! This is the perfect lazy girls moisturiser!
So obviously there are other things I use in the shower but these are my 3 fail safe products which I always reach for! Do you have staple shower products too? I like to switch up body washes/face washes and conditioning treatments but would you like to see some posts about my favourites? Let me know what your shower must haves are!

I love the Nivea skin conditioner, but the Garnier scrub brought me out in a rash, which is a shame 🙁 I’d really like to try the Lush shampoo! xx
The Nivea skin conditioner is amazing! I just got the PR sample (it’s only releasing in Australia in August) and wow! I’m so impressed. Perfect for me because I always forget to moisturise haha. I agree with the Lush body conditioners being a bit heavy – I like this one much better.

I’ve always been a bath girl! Just sooo much more relaxing that having the chore of a shower!
I’ve really been wanting a lush shampoo, just slightly put off by the price though!
