It’s not often that a beauty product has me hooked by the packaging alone but my gosh can we take a minute to soak in the beauty of this lipstick? A gorgeous rose gold casing which is quite heavy, it reminds me of sneakily trying out one of my nan’s expensive lipsticks when I was little and being amazed at how heavy the little bullets were! I am *technically* a grown up now and this beauty is all mine! ‘Bitch Perfect’ is a warm toned nude, quite pinky really which works really well for my skintone (pale with freckles!). It is very glossy and moisturising, making it the perfect lipstick for less that perfect lips!
I’m not one for nude shades usually but this one just totally works, it’s warm without being too pinky, pale without washing you out and has a glossy finish that is pretty without being too shiny. Wear time is pretty good, around 3-4 hours without needing to touch up, the formula is similar to a cremesheen and as such it doesn’t stay put all day but that’s off set by the moisturising finish. All in all what a great introduction to the magical world of Charlotte Tilbury makeup, I can see this being an expensive new addiction….
