I wanted to share with you a list I have been steadily building up over the past few months full of products I have seen on other blogs, in youtube videos or even in store! If you’ve tried any of them let me know and I would love to see what’s on your high end lust list too!
1. Kevin Aucoin Sensual Skin Enhancer
I’ve heard really great things about this, it can be used as a full coverage foundation, mixed with your moisturiser to make a tinted base and even as a concealer!
2. Jouer Matte Moisture Tint
This has done the rounds on lots of blogs and is loved for being great coverage but with a really lightweight feel, I like that it has a matte finish too- so many tinted moisturisers are too shiny for me so this sounds perfect.
3. Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray
I am trying to make an effort to style my hair but it is quite fine and doesn’t have much volume to it at all, I saw this on a few youtubers videos and loved the concept, I’ve picked up a high street version to see if this sort of spray is for me before investing in the high end version!
4. Jo Malone Jasmine and Mint Candle
This is the candle I want for S/S 14 doesn’t it just sound so fresh and beautiful? I am a massive fan of candles but I’m not a candle snob- don’t get me wrong I love my Diptyque candles but I also love Bahoma and Yankee Candle- saying that it is nice to have one ‘special’ one for burning when you are pampering yourself!
5. Bobbi Brown Old Hollywood Palette
I’ve heard mixed things about this palette but when I swatched it instore I loved it! It is such a beautiful netural palette with enough shimmery shades to make it a multi-look dream product!! It’s limited edition too so I better get my skates on (or pray that Father Christmas has seen my list!)
6. Therapie Joie Bath Infusion
I’m a big fan of the Therapie Himalayan Salts and I love the sound of this uplifting version. Usually bath products are for relaxing or making you sleepy but this one is the opposite, I think it’ll make me more inclined to have morning baths than showers which would be nice for when you need a good soak!
7. Oribe Maximista Thickening Spray
As I mentioned I have very fine, flat hair and this product has been on my list for a while- mainly because it’s supposed to feel invisible but gives mega volume- perfect for me!
8. Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette
I didn’t want to be *that* person but gosh darn it this is one beautiful palette! I’ve owned the previous 2 and not been enthralled by them but this shade range is absolutely perfect for me- I must have it!!
9. NARS Kabuki Brush
I’ve been after this brush for ages but it always goes out of stock and then when it comes back in stock I just can’t justify the price tag (#bblogger problems!) It looks seriously beautiful though and I am in need of some brushes so this might find it’s way into my basket yet…
10. Charlotte Tilbury Powder/Sculpt Brush
This brush is supposed to be great for defining your cheekbones and I personally find it quite hard to get a naturally defined look from my regular brushes so this sounds perfect, I’ve yet to try the Charlotte Tilbury makeup line but it looks so beautiful!
11. NARS Blusher Luster
Finally I have had my eye on this nude/peach shade for a while as it looks perfect for ‘no makeup makeup’ days, I’ve seen it do the rounds and have yet to find a good high street dupe- although if you know for one let me know!
