*this is going to be a rambling sort of post apologies*
I have to admit I was unsure of whether to write this post, I never set out to make myself a beauty blogger- to be honest I didn’t really understand what blogging was when I started! I just saw a group of girls who were documenting what seemed to be perfect lives online and I thought that although mine wasn’t (and still isn’t!) perfect I loved the idea of having a little online space to call my own! It has definitely become a beauty blog and to be honest I am not totally sure how I feel about that.
I’ve been doing a bit of thinking about my blog and the direction that it is heading in. I originally decided to make a separate blog for lifestyle/home posts but I just didn’t have the motivation to maintain two blogs. I have therefore decided to make this blog a mixture of anything and everything that inspires me, be it home decor inspiration, how-to posts or posts about places I have been (especially to eat!)
I really hope you will enjoy this new direction I am taking my blog in, I want it to be a place that you come to feel inspired, be it from new makeup releases (which I will always be posting about!) or just something/somewhere yummy to eat! Let me know what you think about my plans and the new streamlined layout!

I definitely think that you have to follow whatever you feel when blogging and you’re doing that. I started out as an exclusively beauty blog but wanted to expand and did. It’s a transition but I’m sure you’ll make it smoothly. Good luck!
I do the same! I was thinking of having separate blogs for beauty and life etc. – but at the moment it’s combined! I can’t wait to see more posts about your life, and hopefully that means more posts, as there’s more to write about! yay!
