Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Nail Paints- New Colours for S/S13

Of all the nail polish releases the NEW Gelly Hi Shines were definitely what I was most looking forward too! I have every other colour from the range and have been so impressed by the quality, they are a great alternative to having a gel manicure and are really well priced at just £3.99 each. Barry M have expanded the range for spring and I picked up the 4 new additions which are:

Papaya an orange/coral nail colour

Dragon Fruit a bubblegum pink nail colour

Greenberry an aqua green nail colour

Lychee a classic nude nail colour

I found that with the exception of Dragon Fruit (the pink shade) the nail paints were fully opaque in one coat, the Dragon Fruit shade was a bit too much like hard work for me to be honest, I found it didn’t dry as quickly and even after 2 coats it wasn’t fully opaque which was a bit annoying. I absolutely loved all 4 colours though, especially Lychee which is such a flattering nude for pale girlies! For £3.99 I really do think these are the best nail paints on the market and I would definitely recommend you pick up a few colours if you haven’t already!
