The hand models (and my!) MUST have hand and nail product…for only £1.59!

Almond Oil £1.59
You know one of the (many) things I love about blogging is when I get to tell you about a miracle product. I read about Gemma Howorth, a hand model whose hands were insured for £5 MILLION pounds a while ago. Her beautiful mitts have been featured in all sorts of ads often in place of models own hands because hers are just so darn perfect! I was more than a little shocked to see she claimed the best thing she has ever tried on her hands was a £1.59 almond oil from Boots! I don’t know what I expected but with all the lotions and potions out there designed for stronger nails, beautiful cuticles and supple hands I just thought it would be something much more revolutionary. I just had to try the product out for myself and I have to say I have been seriously impressed!

You only need a very tiny amount of the oil to moisturise both hands but I like to put a little extra on and slip on some cotton gloves before sleeping. When I wake up my hands are soft and supple and my nails are left with a healthy shine. I have been using the oil for well over 6 months and to start with I had flaky, bendy, well just plain crappy nails. I have always been a nail biter and had given up around the time I started to use this. I noticed a difference in t!he strength of my nails immediately. They no long split or looked dull, in fact my hands have really become one of my favourite features! I have also been using the almond oil added to plain body lotions and have noticed a huge improvement in my skins texture!
I hope you like my budget find and if you get the chance to grab a bottle let me know what you think!!
