Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Ultra Lipstick Watermelon Review

24/10/2012 · beauty · 0

Elizabeth Arden Ultra Ceramide Lipstick Watermelon $22.50

I received this Elizabeth Arden Lipstick as a free gift in John Lewis when I purchased some other products, it went in my lipstick drawer and I forgot all about it to be honest! I have recently been trying out a stronger lip and wearing my eyes quite bare and so I pulled this out as the colour was perfect for a pretty day look. I think the name ‘watermelon’ is perfect, the colour is just like a watermelon and I think it would suit any skintone. It has a really nice nourishing glossy finish, usually I hate gloss lipsticks but this one just looked so fresh and pretty! It didn’t last a particularly long time but because it feels so hydrating on I didn’t mind reapplying it! The lipstick is also infused with ‘Volulip’ which has lip plumping properties. I think it did make a difference to my lip size without looking overdone. I would definitely be interested in trying some more colours and would recommend the range if you have dry lips like me!
What do you think of this colour?
Do you have any lipstick recommendations for me?
Let me know!
