When I think of MAC products, the first thing that comes to mind is ‘ooooh pretty lipsticks’…
I have never thought about MAC in terms of mascaras or even eyeshadows to be honest but when I popped into my local MAC in Canterbury (who btw have the most friendly and helpful staff!) I cheekily bought 3 new lip colours and the lovely MUA gave me a sample of the Zoom Lash Mascara.
Now I completely forgot about it until I was sorting through my makeup last week and thought I would wear it that day to see what it was like. I was so shocked at how amazing it is!!!
The wand is quite thin and looks just like your average mascara wand, don’t let that put you off though, the smaller applicator makes it a doddle to get those little lashes in the corners without any clumping. The pigment is so strong, it really impressed me that I put it on with a bare face and it made me look like I had a full face of makeup on.

Now I wore it about 4 times using the sample I was given and just fell in love with it so I decided to go ahead and buy a full sized one! I was really surprised it was just £14 as I think that’s quite a reasonable price for a higher quality makeup product, and not too dissimilar to the prices from L’oreal or Maybelline.
What do you think of the mascara?
Do you usually just pick up lipsticks from MAC like me or do you have other favourites?

I have this mascara. It’s the only MAC mascara I’ve tried and I really quite like it. It works as a nice base mascara to bring out my lashes! xo
