what’s on my bedside table?
So I thought I would show you what I keep in my bedside table because I personally love having a nose at other peoples posts like this! I have 2 bedside tables and so the first one is where I keep my beauty bits and pieces. I like to keep some lip products to keep my lips moisturized overnight- I am currently using the Nuxe one for when my lips are really dry and the Dr Lipp one for when my lips feel normal. I also keep the stick version if I am using nail products and can’t scoop product out of the little jar.
Nail wise I keep a fair few products as I like to apply nail products before bedtime. I have a Sally Hansen Maximum Growth polish to help my nails grow (I am a nail biter!) the CND Solar Oil Nail Oil which is amazing for conditioning the cuticles and the Sall Hansen Healthy Cuticles Now! cream which is a little thicker- I usually use this if I am wearing moisturizing gloves over night alongside my hand cream which is the Beau De Jardin Citron Grove one (it smells like lemons!).
I do like to keep my nail beds and cuticles smooth and I actually use the School Pedi Express to get rid of any dry skin there- weird but it works! I have one for feet too and they are really good for gently removing dry skin. If I am using my moisturizing socks then I will use the Palmers Foot Magic which is like a solid oil that you warm up in your hands and the apply all over your feet, it really leaves them silky smooth and smells like peppermints.
When my skin is feeling a bit dry I like to apply an overnight mask, I tend to go for the Origins Drink Up Intensive Mask which is really nourishing- you apply it thickly all over the face and massage it in- it does say you then remove the excess with tissue but I just leave it on as it is! When I wake up I usually have mad hair so I keep a tangle teaser and hairband in the drawer too to quickly tie it back.
On the other bedside table I keep my glasses for reading and a coaster for my water (exciting right?!) I also keep my trinket bowl which has a little paper swan I got from the 9/11 museum which symbolizes peace, dry flowers from my Nan’s grave, little gold ‘fairy’ cups my Mum makes me, the cork from the 2013 new years eve champagne and little glass sweeties I got in Rome. This little heart bowl makes me smile so much! Finally I keep whatever candle I am burning in a pretty candle holder from H&M, at the moment I am burning the ‘This Works: Sleep Candle’ which is heavenly and really relaxing for bed time. Other than that I just keep a couple of note pads in the drawer!
So that’s everything, I would love to see your ‘what’s on my bedside table’ posts if you’ve done one too!

I love your lamps, they are stunning as is the Guardian Angel Sign x

You are so organised! Love that you have your surfaces quite clear & have bits & bobs in the drawers.
The notepads are a fab idea. I always get ideas at night & have forgot them by morning

I do not have that kind of stuff in my bedside table, just the underwear and socks! So I think I will not show them… lol
Well, I only have my handcream in the first drawer and the first official picture of my husband and I.
But I think I will try with a candle too, you inspired me with it!
Your bedside looks so dreamy and peaceful! x
