Sleek Makeup Glory I-Divine Palette Review!!

10/07/2012 · beauty · 0

Ok maybe it’s the Londoner in me but I am getting SUPER excited for the Olympics now! I live in Canterbury after moving from Central London about 4 years ago and whilst I love it here, my heart will always belong to London. The Olympics aren’t just a London thing though, the sporting events will take place nationwide and I love this national pride we all have for our country this year!
When I heard Sleek where going to launch some Olympic inspired makeup I just knew I had to get my hands on it. Unfortunately some other girlies had the same idea and I couldn’t get the blusher as it was sold out :(( I did pick up the eye palette and the pout polish (which I will review separately) and was very impressed with their high quality!

Sleek ‘Glory’ I-Divine Palette £6.99 Superdrug.

So as you can see the colours are super pigmented. This is after just one swipe onto the arm so they don’t need a lot of building up to get a great colour. My absolute favourites are the bright yellow which is just the perfect base for doing gold eyes and the rose gold shimmery colour which I have not stopped wearing on my eyes since I got the palette! I am going to buy another one of this palette because the colours are just amazing and I know I will use up the one I have and be gutted when I can’t get my hands on it again because it is limited edition! I have to say the range of colours is exceptional. You can create neutral day eyes, smokey eyes, bright liners and really have a play with some colours you wouldn’t usually try. I have even used the pinks as a blusher and they worked really well so it is a great multi-tasking palette!!

What do you think of this palette?
Are you excited for the Olympics?
