If you say you haven’t thought about what your proposal will be like, you’re fibbing. It’s something that runs through practically everyone’s mind at some point in their life.
In this post, we take a look at some dream proposals.
Taking a trip in a Hot Air Balloon
So long as you’re going to say “yes,” having somebody propose to you in a hot air balloon can be the perfect romantic way to start your new life as an engaged woman. What could be better than the person you love proposing to you while you’re hundreds of feet off the ground during a perfect sunset? You’d be on cloud nine – literally.

Tropical Beach Proposal
Tropical beaches are another great engagement location – somewhere you could visit each year on your anniversary. They are also great for weddings.
Having somebody there to record your reaction
Perhaps it’s not the location that matters to you, but the memory of what happened. Many women would like somebody to record their reaction to a proposal so that they can relive the moment again and again in the future.
Live music proposal
Here’s another really cool idea that some people will just love: get the artists at a live music event to introduce the proposal. Musicians on stage could interrupt their act to say a few words before handing over to the person doing the proposing.
Planetarium Proposal
Sometimes light pollution makes it impossible to propose to somebody under the stars in a big city. But that doesn’t stop your partner from doing the same thing in a planetarium.
Sometimes planetarium staff will work with people to make their proposal dreams come true. They may even have the ability to create custom lights in the fake night sky to make the proposal even more spectacular.
Website proposals
If you choose somebody who is into technology, they might choose to communicate their love for you via a website. The website’s headline could be the proposal itself, or it could take you through various videos and images to get you in the mood before asking you the million-dollar question.
Scavenger hunt proposal
Scavenger hunts are a lot of fun and something that couples do to entertain themselves on long afternoons. But a scavenger hunt proposal is a little different. Instead of trying to find chocolate, you’re hunting for custom engagement rings.
During a scavenger hunt, your partner will give you clues that lead you from one destination to the next. While you’re playing, you have no idea what’s coming. Then for the final clue, you find a ring and a note from your partner asking you to marry them. What could be more romantic?
Chef cooked meal proposal
If your partner suddenly decides to hire a chef to come and cook for you one night, you might suspect something’s afoot. But, even so, it is nice to be waited on hand and foot instead of having to do all the cooking yourself. And at the end of it, you get a nice diamond ring instead of a bill.
