A Jo Malone Peony and Blush Suede Dupe

A Jo Malone Peony and Blush Suede Dupe

Ok so I have found a Jo Malone Peony and Blush Suede Dupe! It was completely random and I wasn’t looking for one but when I popped into M&S to keep out of the cold (I was waiting to pick up a wagamamas and it was freeeezing!) I went for a nose around the beauty section and saw they had the new Rosie for Autograph perfume so I had a sniff, you know when you smell something and straight away it reminds you of something but you can’t think what it is? I kept sniffing it and just thought it was so beautiful. On the stand they had a pack of 3 mini votives and I picked one up to smell and for some reason it hit me…Peony and Blush Suede! I was pretty gobsmacked to be honest because it smelt very similar to the Jo Malone version!

The pack of 3 votives cost just £15 (or if you spend £30 from the perfume or lounge wear/lingerie range you get the set for free!) compared to £40 for one 200g Jo Malone candle. I picked up the perfume as well for £14 which is beautiful, great if you don’t want to invest £40 in the same sized one from Jo Malone. The Rosie for Autograph scent is a little sweet (roses as the base instead of peonies) but it still has that musky sensual tone which I love! I would say the candle doesn’t throw quite as much scent as the Jo Malone ones (which are exceptional!) however you can smell it even when it’s not lit which for me is a sign of a well made candle and it definitely fills the room.

The Rosie for Autograph range is available in store now and here.

What do you think of my Jo Malone Peony and Blush Suede Dupe? Do you have any great high end dupes to share? Let me know!

I’ve wanted some Jo Malone candles for so long but really couldn’t justify spending money on them!
Thanks for sharing these as they are a great alternative for us people who can’t afford the Jo Malone version!
